For the following faults

Unable to make out going calls
Try pre-fixing the number you are dialling with 1280 or if still unsuccessful 121.
This will prove if the problem lies with the BT network or our chosen carrier.

Whether this is successful or not please immediately report the fault to Yellowcall on the above number.

Unable to receive incoming calls:
If Yellowcall invoice you for your line rental immediately call us on the above number.

If Yellowcall does not invoice you for your line rental please call your supplier that does as Yellowcall will have no control of your incoming calls only your outgoing.

Unable to receive incoming or make outgoing calls:
If Yellowcall invoice you for your line rental immediately call us on the above number.

If Yellowcall does not invoice you for your line rental please call your supplier that does as Yellowcall will have no control of your incoming calls only your outgoing.

Please carry out the test as detailed above under ‘Unable to make out going calls’ and report the fault to Yellowcall as well as your line supplier.
